CPP Films
We manufacture Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Films under the brand name FLEXCPPTM. Our production capacity for FLEXCPPTM films is approximately 47,000 TPA .
FLEXCPPTM films are available in thickness range 18-200 microns. These films are available in Plain, Heat-Sealable, Metallizable, Polished, Mirror Finished, Embossed Surface, Glossy/ Matte Finish, High Stiffness, Flexible, Clear and Opaque varieties among others.

- Film Grade: C-CPL
- Thickness (Microns): 15-80 μm
- Description: C-CPL is a Co-Extruded transparent film with one side corona treated and other side sealable.
- Key Features: Good optics, Consistent slip, Good machinability, Good hot tack and Good seal integrity.
- Applications: Lamination application and Pasta Packaging.

- Film Grade: C-CPT
- Thickness (Microns): 25-35 μm
- Description: C-CPT is a Co-Extruded modified transparent film one side treatment for twist application.
- Key Features: Excellent gloss & stiffness and Excellent twistability and Superior printability.
- Applications: Twist wrap, Candy wrap and Confectionery conversion.

- Film Grade: C-CPA
- Thickness (Microns): 40-50 μm
- Description: C-CPA is a novel designed anti-fog (both cold & hot) sealable treated layer one side and other side treated heat sealable.
- Key Features: Excellent hot tack & sealing properties, Consistent slip properties provide good machinability, Excellent gloss & stiffness, Excellent humidity resistance in the antifog side, Good antifog properties and Good seal integrity.
- Applications: Fresh vegetables and Fruits, salad & meat packaging.
