Flex Films has a wide international manufacturing footprint. We firmly believe that we service our customers best by positioning our facilities as close as possible to major film markets to enable them to requisition film supplies at short call. Our aim is to ship freshly produced films from our plants within 7 days of receipt of customers’ orders. Apart from just in time deliveries, freshly produced films bring with them the significant advantage of better properties that are ideally suited for conversion, especially for value-added films like coated, metallised and treated films where product properties are best immediately after manufacture.

JIT deliveries enable our customers to keep their money in their banks and not tie it up in inventories and warehousing.

Today, our films are used in over 115 countries and this number is growing all the time.

After having established a leadership position in India, we set up our first overseas operation in 2005 at Dubai, UAE. This was followed by expansion there and new facilities at Mexico, Egypt, Poland and the USA that were commissioned in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013 respectively. Today, we have 15 state-of-the-art film lines located in 6 countries that run 24x7. Of these, 7 lines are 8.7 meters wide and run at 500 meters per minute which make them the largest film lines of their kind in the world. All facilities are certified as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO 22000.

We are the world’s only film manufacturer to operate film lines in all the four major continents of Asia, North America, Europe and Africa, which together account for over 90% of the global Packaging market.

We are already the world’s largest supplier of polyester films for Packaging applications and our new lines have further consolidated this leadership position. More manufacturing locations are on the drawing board and we intend to be operating in at least 12 countries by 2020 to ensure that our products and services are delivered to your doorstep just in time.
